All prices are inclusive of Australian GST.
Payment or proof of payment must be made in order to receive registration confirmation.
Payment can be made via credit card during the registration process or request for bank transfer can be made. Please note your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Cancellation requests up to 30 days prior to the conference (10 July 2023): Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to IHACPA at conference@ihacpa.gov.au Cancellations received before or on 10 July are eligible for a refund less a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price. Delegates who have purchased an in-person registration may have this transferred to a virtual registration and a refund of the difference in the registration fee will be provided.
Cancellation requests between 29 – 0 days prior to the conference: Refunds will be unavailable after 10 July 2023. If cancellation is for medical purposes, IHACPA may be able to assist with documentation required for your insurance claim.
Cancellation requests between 29 – 0 days prior due to reasons outside of the delegate’s control: If a delegate is unable to attend in-person due to government mandates involving travel restrictions, border closures or lockdown requirements, IHACPA must be informed in writing as soon as possible. Delegates who wish to cancel their registration altogether must inform IHACPA in writing as soon as possible, detailing their inability to attend and cancellation request, by emailing conference@ihacpa.gov.au
Transfers: Paid delegates who are unable to attend the in-person conference may nominate a substitute to take their place by emailing conference@ihacpa.gov.au with the details of their replacement.
Cancellation by IHACPA: The conference may be cancelled, varied, rescheduled or postponed at IHACPA’s absolute discretion. IHACPA reserves the right to transfer the registration to the postponed conference. Should the new conference dates not be suitable, the delegate may request a full refund, so long as this is requested in writing to conference@ihacpa.gov.au within 7 days of the delegate being notified of the new conference dates.
Format of conference is changed to virtual: In the event that IHACPA at its absolute discretion determines the conference cannot be held in-person and decides instead to change the conference delivery to virtual delivery, IHACPA reserves the right to convert in-person registrations to virtual. A refund of the difference in registration fees will be issued.
IHACPA has taken all practicable steps to minimise disruptions relating to (COVID-19) and will continue to actively monitor the situation in the lead up to the IHACPA Conference 2023. In the event that IHACPA decides, at its absolute discretion, that the in-person conference must be cancelled, delegates will be informed with appropriate notice and all in-person registrations will be transferred to virtual attendance.
All in-person delegates are required to follow directions and comply with mandates relating to any Queensland government COVID-19 policy and the instructions of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and their accommodation provider. While IHACPA will provide information on any such restrictions where it can, it is the responsibility of delegates to stay informed of their obligations and requirements.
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the conference managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
By registering to attend the Conference you agree that IHACPA and the conference managers have your permission to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
