Tom Symondson is the inaugural CEO of the Aged and Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA), a national body representing over 1,100 aged care providers in Australia. A trusted voice for aged care organisations across the country, Tom joined ACCPA in 2022 to help shape a high-performing, reliable and sustainable aged care sector. At the fore of policy reform in health and aged care for two decades, Tom was previously CEO of the Victorian Healthcare Association and has held senior policy positions in one of the largest councils in the United Kingdom.
