IHACPA Conference 2023

Sarah Neville, Ph.D., is a 2022-23 Australian Harkness Fellow in Health Care Policy and Practice. Currently serving as the Director of Analytics at IHACPA, Sarah has spent a decade working across the Australian healthcare system, setting the price of hospital services to make funding more transparent and equitable.

Sarah has held several key roles at IHACPA, including Director of Pricing and Senior Advisor of Statistics and Research. She is passionate about the power of statistics in evidence-based policy, with a particular interest in innovative funding models. Sarah is also Chair of the Mathematics and Applied Statistics Advisory Committee at the University of Wollongong, where she earned her Ph.D. in mathematical statistics.
