Biography
Dr Philip Haywood is a health economist and physician leading the health systems resilience program at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). With over a decade of experience as an emergency doctor in the Asia-Pacific region, Phillip brings a unique perspective to his work on integrated healthcare and resilience. He has advised governments in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore on health and aged care policy and continues to work across policy implications at the OECD. Phillip is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney, where he specialises in funding models, integrated care, and health technology assessment.
