Activity Based Funding Conference

Julia is currently the Director of Aged Care Policy at the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority (IHPA). Prior to this, she was a Technical Manager in IHPA’s Pricing team, working predominantly on the development of pricing for mental health care services under the Australian Mental Health Care Classification Version 1.0. She has also worked on the national efficient cost determinations and led IHPA’s costing and pricing study of the Nationally Funded Centres Program. Before working at IHPA, Julia held positions with New South Wales Health and the Reserve Bank of Australia. She has qualifications in economics and finance.
