Liz is the Director Funding and Costing, Healthcare Purchasing and System Performance Division within the Queensland Department of Health.

In this role Liz is responsible for providing high level strategic leadership, professional support and expert advice in matters relating to Activity Based Funding at a State and National level, developing innovative approaches to better align funding allocations with value and patient focussed outcome measures, activity based costing functions and counting / classification. Liz has over 20 years of experience working in clinical costing and ABF roles in the system manager, and metropolitan and regional / remote local hospital networks.
