IHACPA Conference 2023

Helen Stark is currently the Acting Director, Aged Care Policy at IHACPA. Helen is responsible for leading the Aged Care Policy team that develops the policies, procedures and frameworks that support IHACPA to undertake its role in providing costing and pricing advice to the Commonwealth Government for in-home aged care services.

Previously Helen has worked in a variety of government policy and project management roles and in management consulting.

She holds a Bachelor pf Pharmacy from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
