Belinda is an accomplished executive leader with expertise in strategy development, leading large transformation projects and teams, marketing and business development, and implementing significant community sector reform. Possessing more than 20 years’ experience in for-purpose organisations spanning government, corporate and for-profit settings, she is passionate about the delivery of quality services to those that are most vulnerable in our community.

Belinda is responsible for ACCPA’s Services and Sector Capacity portfolio consisting of funded programs, member services, consultancy, learning and events, workplace relations and innovation. Prior to joining ACCPA, Belinda held the position of Director of Member Services and Marketing for National Disability Services, the peak body for disability service providers.
